I am the primary energy assessor at Byrne Residential. I graduated from the Ulster University with a MSc Degree in Property Investment and Development. I graduated in 2011 and have worked in the property industry ever since.

As my passion for the property industry grew and with the growing emphasis on sustainable homes and the governments ambitious net zero-carbon target. I trained as a Domestic Energy Assessor and have completed the City and Guilds Level 3 Course in Domestic Energy Assessment.

I am a fully qualified, certified and insured Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). I am accredited with Elmhurst Energy, the UKs largest independent scheme for energy professionals.

With over a decade’s experience in the property industry, I am proud to offer a wealth of knowledge and seamless customer service.

 

Having carried out hundreds of EPC assessments for residential properties throughout Northern Ireland, I pride myself on quality, professionalism, experience, and accuracy when carrying out and producing your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
